Nowadays everyone’s got a TomTom or Garmin GPS system and millions of car owners use the same odd out-of-the-box GPS. While you can transfer different voices onto a TomTom or Garmin, those devices fail to give their users features that really make a difference.

GPS manufacturer Mio now has a new answer to avoid the ongoing technology battle. Mio will add some extra fun and value by releasing a Knight Rider branded version of its GPS. The device will not only have the LED bars of the original Knight Rider Pontiac Trans Am but is also speaking with the original K.I.T.T.-Voice. (btw: Did you know KITT stands for Knight Industries TwoThousand?)

While the original GPS computer voices are really lame I’m sure having KITT say “Hello Michael… where do you want to go today” might be really funny.
